Double Bass Curriculum

Level 3 : Primary (*ABRSM Grades 1-2):

  • 3 Orchestra B Classes
  • 1 Fiddling B Class
  • 1 Dalcroze Class
  • Free Observations

Level 4 : Elementary (*ABRSM Grades 3-4):

  • 3 Orchestra C Classes
  • 1 Improvisation C Class
  • 1 Fiddling C Class
  • 1 Dalcroze Class
  • Free Observations

Level 5 and 6 : Intermediate Level and Advanced             

(*ABRSM Grades 5 and above):

  • 3 Orchestra D Classes
  • 1 Improvisation D Class
  • 1 Fiddling D Class
  • 1 Dalcroze Class
  • Free Observations

For Double Bass curriculum, interested participants are to contact the organiser prior to registration.

 *ABRSM grade is used as a guide for the level of playing

Please read carefully:

  1. The Instrument Deposit of S$370.60 is to be paid to Synwin Music on the Date of Collection. Only Cash, Cheque or Nets will be accepted.
  2. The Instrument Deposit shall be returned to you upon return of loan instrument to Synwin after a cleared inspection by Synwin Music's luthier to ascertain the instrument’s proper condition.
  3. The Instrument must be returned to Synwin Music within 5 DAYS from the end of the Singapore International String Conference 2024 or it shall be considered sold. Your Instrument Deposit shall then be forfeited.
  4. You will keep and maintain the instrument during the period of loan at your own cost and expense. You will keep the equipment in a good state of repair.
  5. You are financially responsible for the instrument issued to you/your child in case of loss or evidence that the instrument is not being properly cared for. This agreement will be kept on file at Synwin Music throughout the rental period.
  6. All instrument repairs and servicing can only be done at Synwin Music.
